Description

Print Tax as

•If taxes are included on your RFQs for each line item, they can print either as the tax code or the tax rate (percentage) related to the selected code.

Print quantity as

•If you purchase quantities in different units of measure than your suppliers price you in (e.g. 100 EACH at $5/BOX), SpendMap can automatically convert purchased quantities to the supplier’s price units of measure for the printed RFQ. This affects the printed RFQ only, not data entry, internal reports, etc. You can still use any units you want entering quantities on RFQs.

Printed date format

•Select the date format to print on RFQs.

•The date format that you use “internally” for data entry is set in User-Defined Field Settings.

Copies and Supplemental Documents

•This section includes settings related to printing multiple copies of RFQs and supplemental documents.

•Up to 5 copies of RFQs can be printed, each with different information.  For each copy to print, enter the Title for the departments or individuals that are to receive a copy of RFQs (e.g. "supplier's copy", "internal  copy", etc.). For each Title entered, another copy of the RFQ will be printed. Enter titles for only the number of copies of the RFQ that are required.

•This section can also be used to indicate which supplemental documents are to be included with each copy of the RFQ.

•If you enable the Terms and Conditions Page for one or more copies, use the [SETUP YOUR TERMS PAGE] button to specify the content that will print on the Terms Page.  This takes you to the Terms Page Setup Screen.

Comment

•This is a short comment that will appear as the last line of item detail on all printed (or faxed or e-mailed) RFQs. This could be anything from your corporate tag line to “Save a tree; don’t print this if you don’t have to” or “Happy holidays”, etc.  You can change the comment at any time.

•For longer comments and/or comments that only apply to certain RFQs, you can also use boilerplates and terms and conditions pages.
