This utility is primarily used to reposition fields on legacy text-based forms (i.e. carbon copy forms using impact printers) but some of the settings here may also be used if you have a custom graphical RFQ form.
Do not change the settings unless advised by SpendMap Client Services.
The settings are the same as the PO-related settings, only for RFQs.
