20-Confirmation Only

•The title that you enter for Confirmation Only will determine what the field will be called on the PO Header Screen.

•There are two options regarding the printing of the title:

1.If you check the Print Title box, the field will act like any other field.

2.If you do NOT check the Print Title box but you do specify to include the field on the printed PO by specifying a vertical and horizontal position for the field, the title that you enter in the Title Field will ONLY be printed on the printed POs if the user who is entering the PO indicates that the PO is a confirmation (by checking the box on the PO Header Screen.

19 – Delivery Note

•The title that you enter for Delivery Note will determine what the field will be called on the PO Header Screen and in the Supplier Master File.

21-Comment 1

•The title that you enter for Comment#1 will determine what the field will be called on the PO Header Screen and in the Supplier Master File.

22 – Comment 2

•The title that you enter for Comment#2 will determine what the field will be called on the PO Header Screen.

68 – Delivery Time

•If you enter <0> for the horizontal position of the Delivery Time Field, this field will not appear (and cannot be edited) on the PO Line Item Details screen.

74 – Discount

•If you enter <0> for the horizontal position of the Discount Field, this field will also not appear (and cannot be edited) on the PO entry screen.
