SpendMap User Guide (v14.5)

REQUISITIONS AND APPROVAL > Status & inquiries > Closed requisition log

When requisitions are closed (e.g. filled from stock, built into POs, etc.), the details of each requisition are also stored in the Closed Requisition Log for reference purposes.  For details on how this fits into the overall requisitioning process, see Types of Requisitions and Workflow.

With this utility you can see the details of each requisition, including the resulting document that the requisition was built into, the user (Buyer) that it was routed to and when, etc.

You can also see a list of users that approved each item, when they approved it, and the elapsed time for their approval.

TIP for end-users: If you only ever need to check on your own documents, use the “Don’t ask me again” option to default this question.

TIP for System Administrators:  If some users are only permitted to see certain documents  (e.g. only for their own Department), this option can be set and locked so that the user is permanently restricted.
