This is used to create user-definable menus for a user from scratch. You can also overwrite a user’s existing menus with this utility.

This is just a starting point for the user’s menu access rights. If the user does not need to access all menu options, once a user’s menu file is created you can add or remove individual menu options and pop-up prompts.

 

Questions & Options

1.Enter the User ID Code to start creating menus.

2.Select the module(s) to add to the user’s menu. You can return to this option multiple times if the user will have access to some but not all modules.

3.To include all menu options for the selected module(s), select [ENABLED], otherwise, select [DISABLED] to begin by including no menu choices from the applicable module(s).
 
This is a starting point for designing the user's menu layout. You can then add or remove individual menu options as needed.
 
If any of the selected modules are already included in the user's menu, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to overwrite the existing menu file. If you are overwriting menus for ALL modules, you will be also be prompted to confirm that you also want to overwrite the user's pop-up prompts.
