SpendMap User Guide (v14.5)

INVENTORY CONTROL > Usages from stock > Usage Work Area

The Usage Work Area is typically used to enter a number of inventory usages. If you only need to enter one or a few usages, you can also use Quick Usage Processing.

When usages are processed, inventory levels will be depleted, the applicable cost center’s history/budget will be charged and the usage transaction will show on various screen and reports.

For more details, see About Usages.

For general information on the use of Work Areas in SpendMap, see Document Work Areas.
