This report compares the dollar value of requisitions to their corresponding Purchase Orders.
The report lists all or selected POs that have been built from requisitions that are of a different dollar value than the corresponding requisitions based on a percentage that you can specify when you run the report. The report is useful for identifying orders where prices may have been changed by the Buyers.
TIP: If Buyers are not permitted to change pricing (or other details) on POs that are built from requisitions, you can lock/restrict the applicable fields in the PO Work Area and/or you can restrict access to utilities that can be used to modify POs after they have been processed.
