This is used to cancel/reverse all inventory usages that occurred during a date range, thereby putting the items back into stock (i.e. increasing inventory levels for the items) and removing the charges from the cost centers’ history/budget and all related reports.
Alternatively, you can cancel individual usages.
This utility uses information in the Usage Log to determine which usages to cancel within the specified date range. Therefore, purging the Usage Log will affect which usage transactions can be canceled with this utility.
Questions & Options
1.Enter the date range of usages to cancel and confirm the number of transactions found.
2.Select whether or not to reload the canceled usage transactions into the Usage Work Area.
