RECEIVING > Utility > Auto-receive POs
If you don’t want to enter receipts for some Purchase Orders (e.g. services), you can use this utility to automatically post receipt transactions for certain POs.
When you run this utility, all “auto-receipt” PO line items that are at or past their delivery dates will be received by the system automatically.
To create an auto-receipt PO, you must first enable the feature for one or more PO Number Sets and then you can select the Auto-Receive check box option on the PO Header Screen.
