This report lists service call related supplier performance details for a user-defined date range.
Supplier performance statistics include the total number of service calls, average response time, and service time along with the details of each service call placed and the service costs.
This report helps to rate suppliers based on information in the Asset Management Module ONLY and is not a substitute for the Supplier Performance Report in the Main Purchasing Module that rates suppliers' performance based on purchasing related KPIs.
