This report lists the details of service calls at various stages of the service call process. You can produce a list of assets/service calls that are waiting for a response or that are currently being serviced.
•Select a status filter to optionally limit which service calls will be included on the report.
Select "all" service calls to produce a list of service calls where the Completion Date is blank (i.e. all "open" service calls).
Select "waiting for service" to produce a list of service calls where the Response Date is blank (i.e. waiting for vendor to respond to initial call).
Select "in-service" to produce a list of service calls with a Response Date but no Completion Date.
