This report lists the menu options that users have access to. This report can be useful when setting up user definable menus for users or groups of users.
•You can run the report based on or by and then you can select the Groups or Users to include.
If you run the report for Groups, the report will include menus only for user accounts that are referenced in the User Menu Group field in the [USER SETTINGS] folder of the User Master File. |

•You can list on the report or only menus that the . If you include all menus, the menus that the user has access to will be highlighted on the report. To produce a shorter report, select to include only menus that users can access.
