This is used to record the value of an item that is returned to a supplier due to unacceptable or inferior quality, which is one of many criteria of supplier performance that can be tracked.

Questions & Options
1.Enter or select the PO number related to the item(s) being returned.
2.Select the line item related to the item(s) being returned. This will take you to the Record Poor Quality screen.
This screen is used to calculate the value of the items being returned.
When the fields have been filled in, select [OK] to post the information to the Supplier Performance Utility.
