Description

EXIT

•Exit the utility.

DETAILS

•View details of the fax. Alternatively, double-click on the line.

•From the details screen, select [VIEW] to view the actual fax itself.

CONFIRM

•Confirm receipt of a fax by the recipient. The fax will then be removed from the list when you [EXIT].

REFRESH

•The screen shows the status of faxes as of the time that you enter the utility. Use this button to refresh/update the screen.

DELETE

•Remove a fax from the list. If the fax has not yet been sent, this will cancel the fax.

SEND

•Send the fax again.

FIND

•Faxes will be automatically numbered by the system. The fax ID number is displayed in the "ID" column and on the fax cover page itself.

•Use this button to search for a fax based on the ID/reference number or based on the document number (i.e. PO, Release or RFQ number).

SHOW/HIDE

•To display only faxes for which errors have occurred (i.e. faxes that have not been sent successfully).

•To return the screen to normal (i.e. display all faxes), select the button again.
