Buyer Performance Settings

PURCHASING > Setup system > Buyer performance settings

This is used to enable and configure the buyer performance tracking feature, which will affect what shows on the Buyer Performance Report and on screens that show buyer performance statistics

Note: Buyer performance stats are derived from open and archived Purchase Orders. Once archived POs are purged, performance data related to those purged POs will no longer be available.

Fields

Field	Description
Enable?	•Check this box to enable the buyer performance tracking feature.
Performance Period Starts at Month	•The month of the year that the performance period starts on. This would typically be the first month of your fiscal year but any month can be specified (e.g. your fiscal year might begin in July but you may prefer to track performance based on the calendar year instead). •Enter zero (0) to use a rolling period, in which case the time period will be recalculated each time the Buyer Performance Report is run.
Number of Months	•This will be used to default the From and To dates when you run the Buyer Performance Report, although you can modify the date range when you run the report if needed. •In addition, this is the number of months' worth of history that the system will include in performance statistics that show on screens (i.e. where you don't enter a specific date range). •When buyer performance is recalculated, this is the number of months of history that will be included.
