This report lists receipt transaction history for open or closed POs, by date range, and can optionally include the dollar value of items received.
Noteworthy Questions & Options
•Select a menu option to either list receipts against Open POs or Archived POs.
•You can either include receipts between a date range or only new receipts (i.e. receipts that have been processed since the last time the report was printed). The "new receipts" option might be used if receipt data is being transferred to another system (although SpendMap also includes a more formal Receipts Export that is specifically designed for that purpose).
•You will have the option to include or exclude included charges. You may not want to include items for things like freight, which are obviously not physically received.
