Welcome!
In addition to entering your user ID and your password, additional screens/options may be displayed if this is your first time logging in or if you just applied a system upgrade.
Once you log in, you will be at the Main Menu of the system.
Login Screen/Page
Your user account determines your access rights (the areas of the system that you can use) and identifies your transactions throughout the system.
You can enter your SpendMap user ID code or your e-mail address (if an e-mail address is entered for you in the User Master File).
The web-based version of SpendMap offers a “mobile-responsive” Login Page that will show different information depending on the device you are using (e.g. desktop/laptop computer vs. smartphone or tablet).
TIP: if the Phone to Tablet login page is being displayed on your desktop or laptop computer, just increase the size of your web browser window.
|
To receive a temporary password by e-mail, enter your SpendMap user ID code or your e-mail address in the first field and click "Forgot password" at the bottom of the screen.
After logging in with your temporary password, you will be required to change your password.
|
For full access, use the user ID "FULL" (without the quotes) and the password "FULL1".
In addition to this user ID that has full access to all functionality in the system, there are other user accounts in evaluation/training systems that illustrate typical roles and how some SpendMap users may have limited access.
You will see references to these user IDs (roles) in the online video tutorials.
