Pop-up prompts are used in SpendMap to make multiple-choice selections. Here is one example...
Suppressing Unwanted Prompts
If you always answer a question the same way, pop-up prompts can be defaulted and suppressed to reduce mouse clicks as you work in the system.
End-users can suppress their own prompts using the Don't Ask Me This Again Feature.
For any prompts that present a security concern (i.e. gives the user an option that they should not have), a System Administrator can default and suppressed prompts (i.e. outside of the end-user's control), using Add/Remove Individual Menus and Pop-Up Prompts.
