This utility scans the system’s database for corruption. While corruption is rare, it can occur as a result of a serious hardware or network failure.
IMPORTANT: If you suspect that your system may have corruption, please contact SpendMap Technical Support.
Questions & Options
1.You can select the percent of each table/file to scan. Scanning more records/rows in each table (i.e. a higher percentage) takes longer but is less likely to miss a damaged record/row.
To only “spot check” the system, enter a lower percentage.
2.You can optional scan item history tables (there is one for each item in the Item Master File). If you have a large number of items in your Item Master File, scanning item history can take significantly longer.
