ASSET MANAGEMENT > Assets > Transfer assets
This is used to change the location of your assets, that is, move assets from one location to another.
When you transfer an asset to a new location, the Location Field in the [General] folder of the Asset Master File will be updated and the transfer will show on the Asset Transfer History Report.
Asset Transfers are entered as a batch. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to [Add], [Modify] or [Delete] entries in the list, then click [PROCESS] to process the transfers.
The Reference/Comment will show on the Asset Transfer History Report.
TIP: You can also change the location of an asset when processing an asset count/verification.
