This utility is used to refresh/recalculate the Buyer Performance statistics based on current transactions in the system.
This utility is also run automatically when the system is reindexed.
While processing new POs will impact buyer performance real-time as POs are processed, there are some uncommon functions that can affect buyer performance that do not instantly update the performance statistic (e.g. cancelling POs). Therefore, you can use this utility to refresh the statistics at any time.
