User Defined Field Names (Invoice Approval)

INVOICE APPROVAL > Setup system > User defined terminology > User defined field names

This is used to rename the titles of some of the data entry fields that appear in the Invoice Approval module.

Other user-definable fields that show in the Invoice Approval Module can be configured in the Main (Purchasing) Module using User-Defined Field Names and Terminology and in the Receiving Module in User Defined Field Names (Receiving).

Field	Description of Options
Invoice Comment	•A short comment field that shows on the Invoice Header and Line Item Detail screens.
Invoice Batch/Discrepancy Notes	•The free-form, invoice-specific notes that can be entered using the [NOTES] button in the Invoice Work Area and the Invoice Discrepancy Approval Utility.
Invoice Date 1	•The first of the two invoice date fields on the Invoice Header and Line Item Detail screens.
Invoice Date 2	•The second of the two invoice date fields on the Invoice Header and Line Item Detail screens.
