PURCHASING > Utility > Data Interfaces > P-Cards > Import P-Card Transactions
If you are using Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) instead of Purchase Orders for your high volume, low dollar purchasing, you can import these transactions to update SpendMap's history files (e.g. cost center history, G/L account history, and supplier history). For example, you may want P-Card purchases to go against cost center history and budgets even though Purchase Orders were not created for the items.
P-Card transactions will be imported into Cost Center History and the Tax/Audit Trail and will therefore affect all inquiry utilities and reports that pull data from those areas.
