REQUEST FOR QUOTATION > RFQs > Transfer RFQs to another user’s Work Area
This is used to transfer (move) unprocessed RFQs from one user’s RFQ Work Area to another’s.
This utility might be used if a Buyer is absent and has urgent RFQs that need to be completed or as part of your normal RFQ management process (e.g. one user is responsible for creating RFQs while another is responsible for reviewing and processing them).
1.Enter the User ID code of the user that currently has the RFQs in their RFQ Work Area (i.e. the “from” user).
TIP for System Administrators: If certain users are only permitted to transfer their own documents, this field can be locked/restricted.
2.Enter the User ID to transfer the RFQs TO. When the transfer is complete, the RFQs will be in this user’s RFQ Work Area.
3.On the RFQ Transfer Screen, select the RFQs to be transferred.
Use this screen to select one or more RFQs to transfer. A checkmark () in the Include Column indicates that the RFQ has been selected for transfer.
