The System Activity Log is a high-level audit trail of all user activity/transactions in SpendMap (e.g. menus selected, documents created, transactions processed, etc.), including the user that performed the transaction along with the date and time.
TIP: To view a log of only unusual/noteworthy transactions, use the System Alert Log.
The System Activity Log can be used for audit or disaster recovery purposes (e.g. to determine what was done in the system within a certain timeframe).
Note: Transactions in this log that are older than 3 months are automatically removed from the log during SpendMap maintenance operations.
