RFQ Templates are used to save time when creating common (repetitive) RFQs.
Rather than creating RFQs from scratch each time, you can create Templates that can be copied into your RFQ Work Area and then modified as required.
To copy a Template to create an actual RFQ, click the [COPY] button on the RFQ Work Area Summary Screen.
Questions & Options
•RFQ templates are the same as Purchase Order Templates. That is, the same templates can be copied when creating POs or RFQs. For details on how to use this utility, see PO Templates.
