This utility is used to reconcile the number of open releases for all applicable Purchase Orders, that is, recalculate the open release quantity for POs based on the number of open release transactions.
This utility should not be needed during normal system use. However, if you have not enabled the rollback feature and an error occurs when receiving against releases (e.g. PC failure, network failure, etc.) the open release quantity may not be updated properly.
The use of the rollback feature is recommended to maximize data integrity.
