INVENTORY CONTROL > Reports > Print new packing slips

If in Inventory Options you have enabled the setting to “Print Packing Slips", the packing slips will accumulate as new usages are processed and you will be prompted to print the packing slips after processing new usages.

Alternatively, new packing slips can be printed using this menu option.

Packing slips are internal documents that list the item details of each usage and are sometimes printed and included with the items/shipment for the recipient to use to verify that the shipment is complete and no items are missing. This is more common when items have to travel a distance to reach the end-user (as opposed to when end-users visit the stock room/warehouse to pick up their items).

The packing slip numbers can be configured with Incrementing Packing Slip Numbers.

Noteworthy Questions & Options

There are a few (self explanatory) options when printing packing slips, such as the number of copies to print, whether or not to include the dollar value of items, etc.

TIP: If you always answer the prompts the same way, they can be defaulted/suppressed with the Don’t Ask Me This Again feature or with Add/Remove Menus and Pop-Up Prompts.
