REQUISITIONS AND APPROVAL > Approval > Manage my rejected requisitions

This is used to manage your Requisitions that were rejected during the approval process.

If your user profile is set up to receive email notifications when your requisitions are rejected, there will also be a hyperlink in the email to bring you right into this Work Area.

NOTE: If rejected requisitions are not deleted/canceled or modified and resubmitted, they will continue to show on reports, in View Requisition Status, they may consume budgets, etc.  If users do not plan to manage their rejected requisitions, they can be deleted automatically with the applicable setting in Miscellaneous Requisition Settings.

Rejected Requisition Summary Screen

This screen shows a summary of the requisitions for which at least one line item has been rejected.

Use the [Select] button or double-click on a requisition to drill into the details.

Rejected Requisition Details Screen

This screen shows a summary of the line items on the requisition and the current status of each item.

Typically you would only modify or delete items that are REJECTED but you can adjust other items too, including items that are still in the approval process.  Any items that you modify will start the approval process over again but any items that you leave alone will not be affected.

A (_document) symbol in the Note Column indicates that the item has internal notes or file attachments. Point to the (_document) symbol with your mouse to preview the notes or use the [NOTES] button at the bottom of the screen to view the full notes or attachments.

To see additional details of a line item, select [VIEW DETAILS] or double-click a line.
