PURCHASING > Reports > Item Information > Inactive items

 

This report lists items that have not been accessed since a user-defined cut-off date. You can specify the type of transaction to consider for inactivity (e.g. last purchase, last receipt, etc.).

You may want to delete/remove inactive items to improve system performance, shorten item-related reports, etc.

 

Noteworthy Questions & Options

The report offers filter options to limit which items are included on the report. Regardless of your selections, items will only be included on the report if they have not been accessed since the cut-off date entered (last option).
