This is used to import requisition approval rules to reduce data entry and save time during system setup.
Also, some SpendMap customers (with more complex business rules) find it easier to organize and plan their workflow using tools like Excel, in which case this utility can be used to transfer that approval/routing information into SpendMap.
If you need to start over, you can delete all existing rules.
You can also export your rules.
