PURCHASING > Utility > Faxing > Send a manual fax memo
This is used to create a letter or memo and fax it directly to a supplier from within SpendMap.
This can be easier than creating a document and then faxing manually (i.e. using a standard fax machine) and will save time if sending frequent faxes to suppliers.
If the memo is to be sent to a supplier defined in the Supplier Master File, the system will automatically fill in the supplier's address information for you.
