When the Mobile Web App web service is started, it reads various system settings into memory. To maximize performance, these settings are not refreshed until the server is restarted.
If you need new system settings to take effect sooner than the next automatic restart, this utility will force the refreshing of the system settings.
Selecting this menu option flags the Mobile Web App server as needing to be restarted. It will restart at the next idle period (first 20 minutes of inactivity). Alternatively, you can manually restart the service on the server if you prefer.
